MANUFACTURE OF ZINC POTS

The client acquires the technology (base project) in a company outside Brazil, but needs a local supplier to transform the project, materials and manufacturing standards into Brazilian models (called Tropicalization), as well as this supplier will need to manufacture the equipment following strict quality system and process control.
Rossil, with its engineering and manufacturing team, develops a new project that is submitted to the client, presenting not only tropicalization as improvements and detection of possible errors in the base project. Rossil creates the manufacturing plan with a detailed timeline, development curve S, inspection plan, responsibilities matrix of each employee (welders, boilers, assemblers, etc.) as well as qualifies the processes according to current regulations.
The equipment is delivered, on time and with a guaranteed scope, according to the planning, with a complete Data Book with certified process and raw materials traceability, as well as all the details developed for the execution of the equipment. Note: this Project was executed four times, having the result as a standard praised by the client.

PRESS DEVELOPMENT FORGED BENDING MACHINE

The customer has an equipment and the base design (supplier from Germany) that folds parts at forging temperature (above 800 ° C) with manual set up (exchange of parts and tools), but due to the large number of different parts and little demand for each model, make the manual set up unfeasible for manufacturing.
Rossil, with its engineering and manufacturing team, reviews the design while maintaining the technical base of efforts and precision), implementing motion technologies (servo motors, force sensors, position sensors, software, etc.) that facilitate and make the equipment with automatic set-up, the operator simply designating the part to be conformed.
The developed equipment, in addition to meeting the customer's initial demand, Rossil developed the monitored quality assurance process, making process curves empirically and with maximum and minimum definition, that is, if for any reason (temperature different from the standard, or even all the factors together) the conformation is out of the standard, although in the first seconds of the process the machine goes into failure mode, presenting the operator with the reason and generating a quality report.

DEVELOPMENT OF A GREENHOUSE FOR THE DRYING OF PIPES WITH CERAMIC COATING

The customer needs to reduce the drying time of the inner lining of the tubes, from days to hours, as the process stock depends on the weather (rain, humidity, ambient temperature, etc.) and generates a huge inventory cost.
Rossil, based on the customer's knowledge of the drying curve, as well as information on a plant outside Brazil, on heating rates, airflow and heat and mass exchange, generates a greenhouse concept with air circulation controlled, based on the concept of thermal machines.
The equipment was fully developed (from the building) as a large greenhouse with all the parameters controlled by CLP and HMI, meeting the strictest operational safety standards (NR10, NR12, etc.) with thermal process as a principle, taking into account environmental conditions, but independently of it. The equipment currently processes in 4 hours a load of products, regardless of its dimensions and quantities.

SPECIAL PRESS DEVELOPMENT FOR LABORATORY TESTING

The customer has a sheet rupture test procedure that must follow a specific procedure of speeds, forces and repetitions, according to a specific standard. The equipment must meet the requirements of NR10 and NR12.
Rossil, with its engineering and manufacturing team, studies the process and develops a press system with controlled loading and double acting system. In this equipment stands out the movement of the upper and lower hammer, independently, with a central hammer set.
The equipment delivered, besides acting as specified in the current standard, was elaborated with an electronic-electronic system with the capacity to generate the report automatically, and generate the list of required traceability in the automotive market.

DEVELOPMENT OF SPECIAL PRESS FOR TOOLING

The customer needed a tool out and mold maintenance press that would meet the dimensions and strengths of various types of molds and tools.
Rossil, with its engineering and manufacturing team, evaluated the existing concepts and developed a Hydraulic press with portal system using lateral guides concept to support Hammer, with retractable table.
The equipment delivered meets all demand for required tests as well as the customer can regulate the pressing speeds to test the tools without damaging them.

DEVELOPMENT OF SPECIAL PRESS FOR THERMOFORMING PRODUCTS

The customer needed a press for pressing thermoformed products, with dimension non-standard, with heating curve and dual table preparation.
Rossil, with its engineering and manufacturing team, evaluated the existing concepts and developed a hydraulically operated press with portal system using lateral guides concept, to support Hammer, with retractable double position table. The heating system was developed to preheat the mold already at the time of preparation, reducing the process time.
The equipment delivered, meets all the demand for necessary tests, and the customer can regulate the pressing speeds to test the tools in the try out phase or even in the development of a new product.

DEVELOPMENT OF CONTINUOUS FURNACE FOR HEAT TREATMENT (TEMPERING)

The customer needed a continuous tempering furnace, with special specification for speeds, physical loads and thermal exchange.
Rossil, together with the customer, based on an existing customer project, recalculated the entire thermal and mechanical system, to develop equipment to meet the stipulated process.
The equipment delivered, meets all the required heat treatment demand, as well as the customer can regulate the processing speeds, with automatic correction of thermal load, simple and direct by the operator.
